- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the salmon fillets inside, skin-side down.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, brushing with extra marinade halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
