- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or food processor until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water gradually and mix until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough and press it into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake the Crust: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the chilled crust for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and softened butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Slowly pour in heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and drizzle chocolate sauce if desired.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture. Slice and serve chilled.

You can use a store-bought pie crust for convenience.
