- In a medium bowl, combine the mashed ripe banana and the ½ cup of blueberries. Gently mash the blueberries with a fork to release some of their juices.1 Ripe Banana Mashed, 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- Add the ¼ cup of cooked and cooled rolled oats to the bowl.1/4 Cup Rolled Oats

- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated and a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 1-2 months. Gently warm frozen balls if desired.
