- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the blue cheese crumbles (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For a milder dip, reduce buffalo sauce. For extra heat, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Use good-quality chicken and try topping with green onions or a drizzle of ranch for extra flavor.
