Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and whole milk.

  4. Give the mixture a small taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a touch more sugar, whisking until dissolved. If you desire a more pronounced vanilla or almond flavor, add an extra drop or two of extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into an airtight container or a clean glass bottle.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Can be frozen in ice cube trays for up to 2-3 months.
