- In a bowl, mash one ripe banana until it's smooth and free of large lumps. Then, add 1/2 cup of blueberries and mash them as well. You can use a fork or potato masher for this.1 Mashed Ripe Banana, 1/2 cup Mashed Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- Add 1 cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt to the mashed banana and blueberries. Stir everything together thoroughly until well combined.1 cup Mashed Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt, 1 Mashed Ripe Banana, 1/2 cup Mashed Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- If the mixture seems too thick, gradually add water, about a tablespoon at a time, stirring until you reach your desired consistency for pouring.1/4 cup Water
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays, silicone molds, or small, freezer-safe containers. Fill them about three-quarters of the way full.
- Place the filled molds into the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which typically takes 4–6 hours, or until solid.
