- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Stir in 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
Adjust spice level to taste. Can be made ahead and reheated. Use a slow cooker for serving at tailgates, and broil for 1–2 minutes for an extra bubbly top!
