Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce adjust to your spice preference
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 2 green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Can be made ahead and reheated. Use a slow cooker for serving at tailgates, and broil for 1–2 minutes for an extra bubbly top!
