Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Add buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. Mix to incorporate.
  4. Fold in shredded cooked chicken and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  5. Stir in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. Broil for 2 minutes for a golden top.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Great with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or toasted bread. Customize with blue cheese, extra cheddar, or ranch drizzle. Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days. Reheat gently to preserve texture.
