Method
- If you haven't already, brew your coffee using your preferred method. Cold brew is ideal as it results in a smoother, less bitter flavor, but a strong shot of chilled espresso will also work wonderfully. Ensure your coffee is completely cooled before proceeding.1 cup cold brewed coffee, or a strong shot of espresso (chilled)
- In a glass or a shaker, combine the unsweetened almond milk, 2 to 3 tablespoons of caramel sauce, granulated sugar (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir or shake vigorously until the caramel sauce and sugar are fully dissolved into the almond milk. You can adjust the amount of caramel sauce and sugar to suit your personal sweetness preference.1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2-3 tablespoons caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade), 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.1 cup cold brewed coffee, or a strong shot of espresso (chilled), ice cubes

Notes
Leftover Caramel Almond Milk Iced Coffee can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24-48 hours. It’s best to store it without ice, as melted ice can dilute the flavor. Give it a good stir before serving. You'll want to add fresh ice cubes if you plan to drink it cold.
