Method
- If you don't have cold brew concentrate, brew your favorite coffee extra strong. Allow it to cool completely, then chill it in the refrigerator. This step is crucial to avoid a watered-down iced coffee.
- In a separate bowl or glass, whisk together the chilled coffee (or cold brew concentrate), milk of choice, apple cider or juice, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.1 cup Strong Brewed Coffee or Cold Brew Concentrate, ¾ cup Milk of Choice, ¼ cup Apple Cider or Apple Juice, 2 tablespoons Caramel Sauce, ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Stir in the apple pie spice blend and your chosen sweetener. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and spice level to your preference. If you like it sweeter, add another teaspoon of your preferred sweetener. If you want more spice, add a tiny pinch more.½ teaspoon Apple Pie Spice Blend, 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener
- Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes.enough to fill your glass Ice Cubes
- Carefully pour the prepared caramel apple spice coffee mixture over the ice. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top for an extra layer of indulgence. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for a beautiful presentation and added flavor.2 tablespoons Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Stick or Ground Cinnamon
