- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt until a smooth glaze forms.
- Place the nectarine halves (cut-side up) into the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Generously brush the sugar-butter mixture over the exposed cut surface of each nectarine half, ensuring an even coating.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Check at the 8-minute mark; the fruit should be tender, and the sugar mixture should be bubbling and caramelized.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, perhaps topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Notes
Ensure your nectarines are ripe but still firm enough to hold their shape during cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this will steam the fruit instead of properly caramelizing it. Cook in batches if necessary.
