- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, egg, and optional cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Stir until a thick dough forms. You may need to use your hands to fully combine it.1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cup Rolled Oats, 1 Egg, 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional, dog-safe)
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Using a fork, gently flatten each ball to create a criss-cross pattern, resembling a crunchie cookie. This also helps them bake more evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the crunchies are firm to the touch. They will firm up more as they cool.
- Let them cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing.
