Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)
  • ½ cup Cooked Sweet Potato (mashed)
  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats (cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (natural, xylitol-free) Ensure it's free from xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)

Equipment

  • Medium Bowl
  • - Baking Sheet
  • - Parchment Paper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures even baking for perfectly cooked paw prints.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir thoroughly until everything is well incorporated, forming a cohesive dough.
1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded), ½ cup Cooked Sweet Potato (mashed), ¼ cup Rolled Oats (cooked), 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (natural, xylitol-free), 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  3. Shape the dough into small paw print shapes. Use a spoon or your hands to create individual treats, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Place the shaped treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This prevents sticking and ensures easy cleanup.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The treats should be firm to the touch and lightly golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving. This step is crucial for safety and texture.

Notes
