- In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the 2 cups of low-sodium chicken bone broth. You want it warm enough to dissolve the gelatin, but not boiling.2 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Bone Broth
- While whisking continuously, slowly sprinkle in the 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin powder. Continue whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved and there are no clumps. This should take about 1-2 minutes.2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the 1/4 cup of plain pumpkin puree and the 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (if using) until thoroughly combined and smooth.1/4 cup Plain Pumpkin Puree, 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. You can use small, cute shapes or simple ice cube trays. Fill each mold evenly.
- Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until the treats are completely firm and set.
- Once firm, gently pop the Chicken Bone Broth Gummy Treats out of the molds. Store them in an airtight container.
