Ingredients

Chicken Bone Broth Gummy Treats
  • 2 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Bone Broth Ensure it's plain and unsalted.
  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1/4 cup Plain Pumpkin Puree no spices
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)

Equipment

  • Small Saucepan

Method

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the 2 cups of low-sodium chicken bone broth. You want it warm enough to dissolve the gelatin, but not boiling.
2 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Bone Broth

  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the 1/4 cup of plain pumpkin puree and the 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (if using) until thoroughly combined and smooth.

  4. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. You can use small, cute shapes or simple ice cube trays. Fill each mold evenly.
  5. Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until the treats are completely firm and set.
