- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with the sautéed garlic. Stir well.
- Simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is warmed through and slightly thickened.
- Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!

Use full-fat cottage cheese for a richer flavor.
