  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
