- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. This seasoned chicken will be the flavorful base of your wraps.1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside in a clean bowl.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.3 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons butter
- Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Return the cooked chicken pieces to the skillet. Sprinkle both the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chicken and sauce. Stir gently until the cheese is melted and the sauce is wonderfully creamy. Stir in the Italian seasoning.1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Lightly warm your flour tortillas according to package directions. A quick microwave for 15-20 seconds or a few seconds on each side in a dry skillet works perfectly to make them pliable and warm.4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Spoon a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of each warm tortilla.
- Top with your chosen optional toppings like crisp lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, a dollop of cool sour cream, zesty salsa, or creamy avocado slices.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create your delicious Cozy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wrap. Serve immediately and enjoy!
