- Return the cooked chicken pieces to the skillet with the cheesy garlic sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Sprinkle both the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the top of the chicken mixture. - Warm your tortillas slightly according to package directions. This makes them more pliable and less likely to tear. Spoon a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
