- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or a small (1.5-quart) casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, or a sturdy spatula, beat/mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined. - Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, half of the shredded cheddar cheese (½ cup), and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese (½ cup) into the cream cheese mixture. - Spread the chicken mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dip.1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.

Notes
For the creamiest texture, use full-fat cream cheese and ensure it's softened. Shredding your own cheese can also improve meltiness. Adjust buffalo sauce for desired heat.
