Ingredients

Dip Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 8 ounces Frozen Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip) thawed
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff (or Marshmallow Creme)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Serving Suggestions
  • 2 pounds Assorted Fresh Fruit e.g., strawberries, grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi

Method

Instructions
  1. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature for smooth mixing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping; mix until just combined.
  4. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue folding gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Serve cold with your favorite cut-up fresh fruits, graham crackers, or shortbread cookies.

Notes

For an extra decorative touch, sprinkle the finished dip with mini chocolate chips or finely chopped toasted pecans just before serving. This dip is best consumed within 2-3 days.
