Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken or Turkey Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Sweet Potato Mashed
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Oats Rolled oats. Ensure they are cooked and cooled.
  • 1 tablespoon Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt Optional, for gut health. Ensure it's free from xylitol.
  • 1 Egg Lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley Optional, for freshness.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin or use paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, lightly beaten egg, and plain yogurt (if using). Whisk until well combined.
    1/2 cup Cooked Sweet Potato, 1 Egg, 1 tablespoon Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt
  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken or turkey, cooked oats, and dried parsley (if using). Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean and the tops are firm and slightly golden.
  6. Allow the cupcakes for dogs to cool completely in the muffin tin before removing them. This ensures they hold their shape and are safe for your dog to enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2-3 months.
