- Prepare all fruit components: wash, hull, chop, and segment the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and oranges as directed in the ingredient notes.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, green grapes, kiwi, and orange segments.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and the pinch of salt until the mixture is well combined and slightly emulsified.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing evenly over the mixed fruit. Toss very gently using a rubber spatula to ensure all the fruit is lightly coated without crushing the softer pieces.
- For the best flavor integration, cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. This allows the dressing to slightly meld with the fruit juices.
