- Gather all your ingredients: frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Place the Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen peach slices to the blender jar last. For easier blending, add liquid ingredients first.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Use a tamper if necessary to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a small amount more honey or a splash more milk for desired consistency.

Notes
For an extra boost, consider adding 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds before blending. If fresh peaches are used instead of frozen, add 3-4 ice cubes for thickness.
