  1. Gather all your ingredients: frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the frozen peach slices to the blender jar last. For easier blending, add liquid ingredients first.
  4. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Use a tamper if necessary to push ingredients toward the blades.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a small amount more honey or a splash more milk for desired consistency.
  6. Pour immediately into a chilled glass and serve right away for the best texture.

Notes

For an extra boost, consider adding 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds before blending. If fresh peaches are used instead of frozen, add 3-4 ice cubes for thickness.
