Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until no pink remains. Drain off any excess grease thoroughly.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the drained, cooked ground turkey, cooked brown rice, mashed sweet potato, chopped carrots, and peas.
