Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana ripe banana Mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt Greek yogurt is a great option
  • 2 tablespoons natural, xylitol-free peanut butter Mashed or smoothly blended
  • 1/4 cup water For desired consistency

  • Ice cube trays, silicone molds, or small paper cups

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe banana until it forms a smooth paste.

  3. Stir all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. The mixture should be thick and creamy.
  4. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, gradually add water, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. It should be pourable but still hold its shape.

  5. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays, silicone molds (bone or paw shapes are fun!), or small paper cups.
  6. Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which typically takes 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, pop out a few pup pops for your dog to enjoy.
