- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or a small cast-iron skillet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and smooth. - Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and all of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture. - Spoon the buffalo chicken dip mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dip. This will create a beautiful golden-brown, bubbly crust.1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly around the edges, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden brown. If you want a little extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.

Notes
You can assemble the entire dip (without the top cheese layer, if desired) and store it covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When ready to bake, add the top cheese and bake as directed, adding a few extra minutes to account for the chilled temperature.
