  • 1 cup Plain, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (plain, 100% pumpkin, not pie filling)

  • Ice cube trays or silicone dog treat molds
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt, finely chopped fresh parsley, chia seeds, coconut oil, and pumpkin puree until well combined. Ensure there are no large lumps.
    1 cup Plain, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds, 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (plain, 100% pumpkin, not pie filling)
  2. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone dog treat molds. Fill each cavity almost to the top.
  3. Place the filled trays or molds into your freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which typically takes 4-6 hours or overnight.
  4. Once frozen solid, gently pop out the treats from the molds. Serve one or two as a cool, refreshing snack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Serve thawed portions within 2-3 days, refrigerated.
