- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup rolled oats (uncooked)

- Stir everything together until a dough begins to form. If the dough seems too dry, add the water a tablespoon at a time until it comes together. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.2 tablespoons water
- Roll the dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired shapes.
- Place the cut biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let the biscuits cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. Refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 2-3 months.
Feed 1-4 biscuits per day depending on dog size.
