  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash the cooked salmon flakes with the unsweetened applesauce and the egg until well combined. Stir in the olive oil.
