Ingredients

Chai Concentrate
  • 1 serving Chai Concentrate (strong brewed or store-bought) Approximately 4 oz
Flavor & Dairy
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Syrup Or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk of choice Oat milk or whole milk recommended
Assembly
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 5-7 cubes Fresh or frozen raspberries For garnish and mixing

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare your chai concentrate according to package directions or brew strong black tea with desired chai spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger) and let it cool completely.
  2. In a tall glass, add the raspberry syrup and vanilla extract to the bottom.
  3. Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the chilled chai concentrate over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  5. Top slowly with the milk of your choice, allowing it to layer slightly for an appealing visual.
  6. Gently stir the drink once or twice to combine the flavors without melting the ice too quickly.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries inserted onto a cocktail pick or dropped directly into the drink. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of raspberry syrup based on the sweetness of your chai concentrate. For a layered look, use a cold, dense liquid (like cold milk) last.
