- In a tall glass, add the raspberry syrup and vanilla extract to the bottom.
- Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled chai concentrate over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
- Top slowly with the milk of your choice, allowing it to layer slightly for an appealing visual.
- Gently stir the drink once or twice to combine the flavors without melting the ice too quickly.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries inserted onto a cocktail pick or dropped directly into the drink. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the amount of raspberry syrup based on the sweetness of your chai concentrate. For a layered look, use a cold, dense liquid (like cold milk) last.
