- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Place the peach halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the butter and sugar mixture evenly into the hollowed centers of each peach half.
- Roast for 15-25 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and slightly caramelized. The exact time will depend on the ripeness of your peaches.
- Let the peaches cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for best results. If your peaches are very soft, reduce the roasting time. You can also grill these peaches for a smoky flavor.
