Ingredients

For the Strawberry Dip
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping (e.g., Cool Whip) Thawed
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam or Preserves High-quality recommended
For Serving
  • 1 pound Fresh Strawberries Washed and hulled

Method

Instructions
  1. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature for the smoothest texture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can deflate the volume.
  4. Gently marble the strawberry jam or preserves into the dip mixture. Use the spatula to swirl the jam in 2-3 times; avoid fully incorporating it for a visually appealing swirl effect.
  5. Chill the fruit dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Serve cold with fresh strawberries, apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.

Notes

For an extra fruity flavor, you can add 1/4 cup of finely diced fresh strawberries directly into the mixture before marbling the jam. Adjust sweetness based on the sweetness of your jam.
