- In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mash one cup of ripe bananas until they are smooth and free of large chunks.1 cup Ripe Bananas, mashed

- Gently fold in 1/4 cup of uncooked rolled oats until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Alternatively, you can spoon the mixture into small silicone molds (like mini muffin tins or fun-shaped treat molds).
- Place the baking sheet or molds in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the treats are firm and completely frozen.
Notes
Store uneaten treats in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. Refrigerated treats last 2-3 days.
