- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, Pinch salt
- Stir the ingredients together vigorously until they are well combined and smooth. Ensure there are no streaks of peanut butter or yogurt remaining.
- If you're using any optional add-ins like mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts, gently fold them into the yogurt and peanut butter mixture at this stage.Mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds, swirl of jam
- Line a baking sheet or a plate with parchment paper or wax paper. This will prevent the bites from sticking.
- Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for bite-sized portions.
- Place the baking sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
- Once frozen solid, you can transfer the Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites to an airtight container for easier storage.
Notes
These bites are best stored in an airtight container in the freezer and are best eaten directly from the freezer.
