Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Stir the ingredients together vigorously until they are well combined and smooth. Ensure there are no streaks of peanut butter or yogurt remaining.
  3. If you're using any optional add-ins like mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts, gently fold them into the yogurt and peanut butter mixture at this stage.

  4. Line a baking sheet or a plate with parchment paper or wax paper. This will prevent the bites from sticking.

  6. Place the baking sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
