  • 1 cup Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Watermelon, Seedless and Rindless, Puréed
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries, Mashed
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries, Hull Removed and Mashed

  • Ice cube trays or silicone molds or clean yogurt cups
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the plain, unsweetened yogurt, puréed watermelon, mashed blueberries, and mashed strawberries.
    1 cup Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt, 1/2 cup Watermelon, Seedless and Rindless, Puréed, 1/4 cup Blueberries, Mashed, 1/4 cup Strawberries, Hull Removed and Mashed
  2. Use a whisk or a fork to thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth, well-combined mixture.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into individual ice cube trays, small silicone molds, or even clean, empty yogurt cups.
  4. Place the filled molds into the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which typically takes at least 4-6 hours, or until they are firm.
  5. Once frozen, pop out the pupsicles. You can serve them directly from the freezer as a refreshing lickable treat.
