- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add chicken thighs and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a gentle simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
