Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 container mini mozzarella balls drained
  • 1 block feta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 jar Kalamata olives pitted and drained
  • 0.25 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Method

Instructions
  1. Thread the ingredients onto small wooden skewers in an alternating pattern. A good order is: tomato, cucumber quarter, mozzarella ball, feta cube, olive.
  2. Repeat the threading process until all ingredients are used, making sure to create balanced skewers.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt to create the dressing.
  4. Arrange the assembled skewers on a platter or serving board.
  5. Drizzle the dressing lightly over the skewers just before serving, or serve the dressing on the side for dipping.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, prepare the skewers shortly before serving to prevent ingredients from becoming soggy. You can add other Mediterranean vegetables like bell peppers or red onion if desired.
