Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat or 2% for creaminess
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola your favorite kind
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • a few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a serving bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt. If you prefer a slightly sweeter yogurt, you can stir in the honey or maple syrup at this stage. Ensure the yogurt is at room temperature or slightly chilled for the best texture.

  2. Arrange the sliced banana over the yogurt base. For a more visually appealing presentation, you can fan out the banana slices or place them in a decorative pattern.

  3. Generously scatter the mixed berries over the banana and yogurt. If you're using frozen berries, you can let them thaw slightly for a few minutes or enjoy them frozen for a delightful chill in your bowl.
