- If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, you can use them directly from the freezer, which will result in a thicker, almost ice-cream-like consistency.1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

- Secure the lid on your blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined. Scrape down the sides with a spatula if necessary to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
