  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder whey, plant-based, or collagen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for added thickness and fiber
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • A splash almond milk or water if needed for consistency

Method
 

  1. If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, you can use them directly from the freezer, which will result in a thicker, almost ice-cream-like consistency.
