  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded; rotisserie works well
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve some for topping
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using), reserving a small amount of cheddar for topping.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Make ahead up to 24 hours before baking. Adjust the spice level to your taste with more or less wing sauce. Try serving with pretzel bites or topping with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing before baking. Store leftovers for up to 4 days in the fridge.
