- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Trim any excess fat from the chicken breast. Slice the chicken breast thinly and evenly, about 1/4 inch thick, ensuring consistent cooking.1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

- Lay the marinated chicken slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the slices are not overlapping to allow for even drying.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 2-4 hours, or until the chicken is dry, firm, and leathery to the touch. The exact time will depend on the thickness of your slices and your oven. Flip the slices halfway through the baking time for even drying.
- Once fully dried, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Allow the Homemade Chicken Dog Jerky Treats to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. They should be firm and chewy, not brittle.
