Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (unsalted and plain)
  • 1/2 cup cooked, plain chicken breast (shredded or finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed oil (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, gently warm 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth over medium-low heat. Do not boil.

  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the finely chopped parsley. Allow the Homemade Dog Gravy to cool completely before serving it to your dog.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2-3 months.
