Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce Cooked/Mashed: Use as is
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree (100% Pure Pumpkin) Cooked/Mashed: Use as is
  • 1/4 cup Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt (Greek style is ideal) Cooked/Mashed: Use as is
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Cooked/Mashed: Use as is
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin Powder (unflavored) Cooked/Mashed: Sprinkle to bloom

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the Unsweetened Applesauce, Pumpkin Puree, Plain Unsweetened Yogurt, and Honey.
    1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce, 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree (100% Pure Pumpkin), 1/4 cup Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt (Greek style is ideal), 1 tablespoon Honey
  2. Sprinkle the Gelatin Powder over the mixture. Whisk until well combined and no lumps remain.
    2 tablespoons Gelatin Powder (unflavored)
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once firm, cut into bite-sized pieces if using a pan, or pop out of the molds.

Notes

These treats are best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
