- In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mash one ripe banana with a fork until it's a smooth, lump-free consistency.1 ripe banana Ripe Banana, mashed

- Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined and form a sticky dough-like mixture. Ensure there are no dry spots.1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup Rolled Oats, 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands. You can also flatten them slightly.
- Place the formed treats on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freeze for up to two months.
