  • 1 ripe banana Ripe Banana, mashed mashed
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter xylitol-free
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mash one ripe banana with a fork until it's a smooth, lump-free consistency.

  2. Add the 1/2 cup of xylitol-free natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup of uncooked rolled oats, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce to the mashed banana.

  3. Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined and form a sticky dough-like mixture. Ensure there are no dry spots.

  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands. You can also flatten them slightly.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freeze for up to two months.
