Homemade Pop Tarts

Notes

To keep your delicious Homemade Pop Tarts fresh and flavorful, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you've made a large batch and want to extend their life even further, you can refrigerate them for up to a week. For longer storage, freezing is an excellent option.
Freezing: Allow the Pop Tarts to cool completely. Individually wrap each Pop Tart in plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container. They will stay fresh in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
Reheating: To reheat, place a cooled or frozen Pop Tart in a toaster oven or regular oven preheated to 300°F (150°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through and the crust is crisped. You can also microwave them for 15-20 seconds for a quick warm-up, but be aware this may soften the crust. Frozen Pop Tarts will take a few minutes longer to reheat.
