- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly until warmed through and sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat. Froth the milk mixture using a frother, whisk, or immersion blender until foamy.
- Pour the brewed coffee into your mug.
- Top with the pumpkin spice milk mixture.
- Add optional toppings like whipped cream, cinnamon, or caramel drizzle. Enjoy!
