  • 1 can (5-6 ounces) Tuna in Water, drained
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the drained tuna, egg, and unsweetened applesauce. Mash and mix thoroughly with a fork until well combined.

  3. Stir in the rolled oats and ground flaxseed into the tuna mixture. Mix until everything is evenly distributed and a thick batter forms.

  4. Using a tablespoon, drop small mounds of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each puff. You can gently flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon if desired.
