  • 12 slices Genoa Salami Or your favorite type of thinly sliced salami
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder and black pepper into the cream cheese mixture. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  3. Lay out the salami slices on a clean surface, slightly overlapping if necessary to create a larger surface area for spreading.
  4. Evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each salami slice using a spatula or knife.
  5. Carefully roll up each salami slice tightly, starting from one end to form a log.
  6. Slice each roll-up into 2-3 bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cream cheese mixture. You can also add other finely chopped ingredients like chives or cooked bacon bits. These can be made a few hours ahead and refrigerated.
