Ingredients

For the Dip
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping e.g., Cool Whip, thawed
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 2 tsp Lime Zest
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs

Method

Instructions
  1. Ensure the cream cheese is completely softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined and smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Gently fold in the key lime juice and lime zest until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix once the acid is added.
  5. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula until no white streaks remain. Ensure the texture is light and airy.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle the top evenly with graham cracker crumbs, if desired.

Notes

Serve this dip with fresh strawberries, pineapple chunks, apple slices, or graham crackers for dipping. For a stricter key lime flavor, use only authentic key lime juice.
