Ingredients

For the Lemon Whip Fruit Dip
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme (Fluff)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Sifted
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

Method

Instructions
  1. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature. This is crucial for achieving a smooth, lump-free dip.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  3. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture while continuing to beat on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest using a rubber spatula. Do not overmix once the liquid is added; mix just until streaks disappear.
  5. Transfer the finished dip to a serving bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Serve cold alongside an assortment of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, melon, pineapple chunks, or crisp apple slices.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For an extra flourish, garnish the top with a light dusting of extra lemon zest before serving.
