Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 4 tea bags black or green tea
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits lemon slices, orange wedges, berries
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves and basil roughly torn
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger thinly sliced (optional)
  • Ice cubes for serving cold

Method
 

  1. Boil water, steep tea bags for 3-5 minutes, then stir in honey or agave syrup.
